The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the town centre, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable and had the basic amenities I needed. The breakfast provided was a good start to the day, with a nice variety of options.
No major issues, everything was fine.

We stayed at a hotel within walking distance to the historic town center and close to the city's exits, making it very convenient for transportation. The staff were helpful and pleasant, and the large, comfortable rooms were clean. We also enjoyed a breakfast with a good selection of cold foods. An excellent restaurant we found nearby was Rincon del Poeta on Calle Obispo Hurtado.
Absolutely nothing.

The hotel offered great value for money, the room was comfortable with very good facilities. A little away from the immediate center but a very short and easy walk away from restaurants and sights.
The view from the window was a little restricted but it wasn't a problem.

Good access from Autovia (Highway). We got a feeling that it is a family driven hotel that gives you a little bit more worming welcome then other big hotels.
view from the window is on a nearby building, the access to hotel was difficult because the street is in reconstruction.

Located a short walk away from the historic town centre, you can reach major sights in just over 10 minutes. There is also a nearby restaurant, Rincon del Poeta on Calle Obispo Hurtado No 25, if you don't want to venture too far. the hotel is clean and tidy, with friendly staff.
There was some confusion with the receptionist and the check-in process could have been smoother.

location was great for us--close enough to the sites (1.5 or so km from plaza nueva) but far enough away that it was quiet at night. rooms were modest and comfortable, if not overly luxurious. breakfast was decent, and coffee was very good.

Stayed Easter weekend, good breakfast & close to city center, nice staff. Best aspects of the hotel were the breakfast and location, just a short walk away from the city center. the staff were very polite and helpful. One more positive aspect was the value for money.
Rooms were small, and we could hear noises from outside and other rooms.
